I had a fantastic stay at this hotel by the ocean, it was the best I've ever experienced; the location was perfect, close to beach restaurants and right by the water.

The location in a really comfortable area was absolutely perfect and incredible and there were a local market and a market nearby. Everything was modern and within 15 minutes' drive of Koggala airport. The restaurant here was really nice for dinner, we both ordered tasty dishes. Had comfy bed with the ocean view.

The room my friend and I stayed in was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I mean not sleep at all. Our room was located above the restaurant, towards a very busy street and above a power generator which was located under our bathroom window. It was running all night because the rain took out the local power supply.

The hotel is in a very good building located close to transportation. the restaurant, run by Chaminda and Chef Tunga, is amazing. - the beach is the best for swimming in the area. - the location is unbeatable, and it's not far from Welle Devalaya Temple.

The staff were excellent! The young men who cleaned our room always greeted us with smiles and pleasantries. The waiters were attentive, extremely warm, and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was great - right on the beach, close to other nice restaurants in the area, and close to Galle (about 10 mins in a tuk-tuk). Overall, the staff, location, and atmosphere were amazing and helped to make our holiday the best ever!

We actually stayed in this hotel for one hour. I booked it because it says 'beach hotel', but there is no beach. Our room was at the streetside, which was to noisy for me. We went to see their sisterhotel and as this hotel was much more quiet, we asked to switch. Which was no problem. Staff is very nice, rooms are clean. Liked staying here. Breakfast is borring, like almost anywhere in Sri Lanka (budget hotels). Can't see no more eggs.. Good value for money.

Nice room, clean, comfortable and reasonable facilities.

Too close to the beach. I felt guilty for having booked at one of 2 hotels (I could see) that had destroyed the beach access for others wanting to walk along the the beachfront. Also you couldn't walk out of the hotel without walking straight into the surf (and risk being smashed against the foundations of the building). The hotel builders post Tsunami have illegally ignored building regulations re proximity to beach front.

The hotel is cozy and small, which I liked. the employees, especially the manager, were very laid-back and accommodating. - the location is perfect, right in the heart of the town. - the breakfast served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and delightful. - the dinner options were fantastic too.

Nice jungle setting, pleasant pool and large air conditioned rooms. Good restaurant.

Hot and cold water both dried up three times in two days. Not sure about heavy use of concrete in the rooms, and no glass in windows meaning room was very dark during the day with the shutters if you wanted the ac left on. Didn't feel it matched its price.
